with Rorer Asset Management, LLC, respecting and protecting
your privacy is of the utmost importance. In order to provide
you with personalized investment management service, we collect
certain personal information about you from information you
provide to us on your Client Questionnaire and New Account Forms,
and information about your account transactions with us. We
may also collect this information through your account inquiries
by mail, e-mail or telephone.
We only disclose information about your account: (i) to third party
vendors that perform services for the firm; or (ii) to the extent
permitted or required by law. In the case of third party service
providers, we contractually require them to use this information
only for the services for which they are contracted, and to treat
your private information with the strictest confidence.
All our employees are subject to our internal policies, which
are reinforced in our written guidelines. In addition, we
maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to
protect your nonpublic personal information from unauthorized
use.
Lastly, as required by federal law, we will provide you with
the most current version of our Privacy Policy annually,
and inform you of any material modifications to the policy.
