EDWARD C. RORER, PRINCIPAL
  Chairman and Chief Investment Officer
  Founder of Rorer Asset Management, LLC, Ted Rorer is the company's Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. Having developed the company's disciplined approach to investment management, he is responsible for the firm's overall investment process. He is a member of the Investment Policy Committee.

He began his career in the Philadelphia office of Blyth Eastman Dillon, where he served as Vice President. Ted holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Financial Analysts Society of Philadelphia.
   
 
  CLIFFORD B. STORMS, JR., CFA, PRINCIPAL
  Executive Vice President, Director of Research
  As Executive Vice President and Director of Research, Cliff Storms is responsible for the fundamental, technical, and quantitative research at Rorer Asset Management, LLC. He is a member of the Investment Policy Committee and brings 21 years experience in the investment management field to the firm.

Before joining Rorer, Cliff was the Associate Director of Research and Portfolio Manager for the First Pennsylvania Bank. Prior to that, Cliff worked as an Analyst for Value Line, Inc. Cliff holds a B.A. degree from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Financial Analysts Society of Philadelphia.
   
 
  BRUCE M. ARONOW, PRINCIPAL
  Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Financial Officer
  As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Bruce Aronow is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the firm. In addition, Bruce oversees the firm's financial, compliance, and human resource departments. Before joining Rorer, Bruce was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he specialized in all aspects of the investment management industry, including investment advisors, regulated investment companies, investment partnerships, SEC and regulatory compliance issues, internal control issues and complex securities. Bruce holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and PICPA. Bruce is also on the Board of Governors of the Money Management Institute.
